When my wife and I decided to buy our first home, we didn’t have anyone to turn to or personal recommendations as we were new to the area. We tried working with a couple realtors that friends recommended, until we quickly realized, they didn’t have the skillset we really needed - someone experienced. We put in our info for a new construction property, where we met Kelly. From the very start, Kelly was different. In every single way. We really weren’t looking to work with a different realtor, but the difference between her and everyone else was exactly what sets her apart. Instead of walking into homes and trying to point out the same things we could see like the carpet, color walls, specific floor, she pointed out stuff we wouldn’t know what to look for, like roof condition, quality of repairs/ renovations, foundation and structural integrity, etc. Needless to say, we highly recommend Kelly, to you, our friends, and even your friends.

Kelly was the second of a line of real estate people that I was researching to manage my property on a rental basis. During my discussions with Kelly, I recall thinking this is the person that knows what she is doing and that I would trust. That was back in 2013 and today, Kelly still does not waiver in her management duties. In fact on my first bad tenant ever she was a rock for me, stood by me, and went beyond in helping me with legal matters, and even listened to my requests on a post examination of what went wrong.
Kelly has always responded to my request for any repairs, for shutters for hurricanes in time. She has also helped in exchanges of kitchen and laundry appliances, from actually selecting new appliances, buying and arranging for delivery and disposal of old units, while keeping me up to date through each stage. All building repairs, not many as it was a new house, were all addressed quickly.
On the occasions we visited FL to check on our house, Kelly was there to meet us and take us around for a viewing. Financial transactions are always on time from her and her team and business.
We are extremely happy with Kelly, and would highly recommend her to anyone who wants any real estate business transacted. Thats my actual thoughts Kelly, you give good service, as a service professional myself, I know.
